Biking without helmet is like driving without seatbelt…Nobody would do that today, I presume. I love my helmet – its a combo – ski+biking – from BURN…by the way I’m now 38 and have use a biking helmet since I was 15. But Im also from a biking country=Denmark.

Does anyone know the company her helmet is from, or where you can buy it? I have been looking for a helmet for a long time that does not completely squash your hair down…unfortunately where I live helmets are required by law :( probably because the drivers here are terrible!

I *love* the look of Dutch bikes, but honestly, they’re built for people who are 5’10″! Maybe I could ride a child’s?
Yikes! This helmet looks like its covered in fabric…if your head hits the ground it will stick instead of sliding like a normal helmet. I think I’m risking sounding like someone’s mum here, but broken necks aren’t very chic! It also doesn’t have any protection for the temporal area. I think you could achieve a similar look with a matte black skate helmut and it would be a whole lot safer…

Certes, très joli casque mais si elle tombe (c’est la dernière chose que je souhaite à cette si jolie personne), pas sûre qu’il la protège vraiment… Difficile d’allier la mode et la sécurité !
J’ai traversé un pare-brise lors d’une balade à vélo, sans mon casque, je ne serai plus là… Gardez vos casques moches les filles :)

Ok a small note from the country of bicyclists. Yes true, for us it’s perfectly normal not to wear a helment, but that’s because it’s not necessary here, the traffic is so used to all the cyclists that it’s super safe to take the bike whilst wearing only a miniskirt or whatsoever.
… BUT I need this one if I want to go about by bike in Paris this summer!!! Where did she get it? (I’m Dutch and don’t recognize the brand – probably for the reasons outlined above ;)
