They are clear plastic button-ish things with adhesive, and super simple instructions for 'hemming' any type of pant. They are easy to apply, have an effective strong hold, are convenient to carry, aren't messy (as I imagine hem-tape might be), and can be re-used several times. Brilliant.......and they're available at local drug store type places like Walgreens--(in a box that reads 'only sold on TV').
