Désolée de revenir sur ce sujet déjà abondamment commenté lors d’un de tes précédents billets, et d’aller dans le sens du politiquement correct mais associer chic et glamour à la cigarette, ce n’est pas une super idée…

Tu as toi-même montré sur ce blog une photo du livre de Carine Roitfeld ou elle disait « A cigarette is an easy recipe for a chic photograph – but it’s never a smart solution. »

Oh dear Garance, you’ve opened the  » fashionable cigarette » can of worms once again. I was in London in late September and appalled to see so many young people smoking. As an earlier commenter said, it’s 2011–we know the damage smoking does, so I can only assume these young men and women pick up the habit because they think it looks cool. And it may get them featured on a fabulous fashion blog…

I see a woman smoking, I automatically knock 50 points off her I.Q.

Pretty picture–love the color. Still, I wish she wasn’t smoking. She’d look just as chic without it… and let’s be honest, smoking is going to stay cool the longer we promote it that way!
