I am 54 days into my quit with the help of the patch. Tomorrow is the last day of the patch… funny I came here for a different type of inspiration and look what I have found…..!!!

Hang in there …. it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Ah, j’ai aussi arrêté de fumer… ma solution miracle? J’ai décidé d’OUBLIER que je fumais. Ca a marché sans crise, sans prise de kilos, sans bonbons… :)
Ce qui m’a fait le plus peur lorsque j’ai pris ma décison à été de me dire:
“Mais que vais je faire de tous ces moments… libres… sans béquille!”

Congratulations .. you will soon notice changes .. your face will glow, your hair will no longer be brittle and smell of smoke, your lips will change colour too! I quit when I was studying in Paris … havent smoked since. :) :)

BIG, HUGE Congratulations. I did the same thing 2 years ago too without the help of artificial flavors and colors. Over time, that one habit has been replaced with a plethora of renewed health, energy, beauty and connectedness… To reconnect with the BREATH alone will greatly enliven your body, mind and spirit.
