I’m a knitwear designer and new reader–the sweater is knit with a technique called intarsia as many have mentioned. It also looks like a traditional Cowichan sweater. You have good taste in knitwear!

I would call the technique of knitting ‘intarsia’ but then the first and third I might say navajo/indian blanket style coats/sweaters. And the middle one is a bit like a fair-isle sweater it seems.
