Amazing! Thanks, Donna and Roanna :) Nice to see kudos to canada in TWO of three photos here: Mark Fast (leave it to a Canadian to cause the biggest controversy at London fashion week) and FASHION Magazine!

Was lovely to meet you, Garance, and hope to see you again soon. You hit London vs. NY fashion on the dot, and all your observations from the Burberry show / afterparty (I saw you but my finger was bleeding) were also spot-on.

Pour info, la jeune fille avec la robe “sex shop” est apparemment l’assistante de l’acheteur de Luisa Via Roma (magasin/site luxe à Florence : voir photos en couleur sur le groupe FB ; la robe est rose et les chaussures sont vertes !), donc l’option sex shop s’éloigne ????

Okay, that’s like the FOURTH TIME someone’s mentioned Mark Fast in the past 24 hours! I love his work & wish I’d seen his show.

@ Lord Brummel – En effet, m’lord, z’avez raté une fin d’après midi fort sympa en la compagnie de gens de tous horizons avec en commun un amour du style et une grande admiration pour Garance et son oeuvre. Quel domage!

@ Garance – Ton expo, c’est un vrai succès et ton vernissage fait de loin partie des vernissages les plus sympas auxquels j’ai jamais eu l’occasion d’assister. Le mixe des personnes présentes était tout bonnement jouissif – quelle diversité!
Et tu vois, une telle diversité parmi tes admirateurs et donc au sein même de ton lectorat démontre à quel point tu parviens à restituer dans ton blog un univers à la fois fort, ‘homely’ et ‘friendly’ charmant ainsi tout plein de gens différents. Un vrai tour de force, moi je dis!
