Contrary to what I expected as I took my seat on the golden chairs of the Grand Hôtel for the Balmain show, the rebel girl, sexy and magnificent, dreamt up a few seasons back to Christophe Decarnin hasn’t totally disappeared. I’m curious to see what Olivier Rousteing has in store for next season.

The rebel woman hasn’t disappeared completely but the change is quite big. Anyway, I prefer this new style, looks more wearable and relaxed but equally fabulous.

LOVE this! Beautiful. Amazing how when something looks quite simple – pleasing to the eye and timeless – you feel you have seen it before.
I think it is the familiarity of it that is an illusion. you have not seen it / tasted it / heard it before. It is so you and you love it, so it seems familiar.
Great designers are like this. They seem boring sometimes, but not to me. Beauty is beauty.

J’ai adore la premiere collection d’Olivier Rousteing! Il a garde le souffle de son predecesseur que tout le monde amait bien, mais il l’a interprete a sa maniere, en apportant a cette collection un air frais avec tous ces tshirts blancs et le denim. Bonne continuation!

I must tell you that the photo you took at Balmain show; the denim skirt and the denim jacket. These two were my favorite two pieces I found in this show too!! Aren’t they the coolest & a must grab for this season…

Olivier Rousteing, je crois qu’il sera protagoniste principal de la mode depuis maintenant. La fille Balmain a récupéré le mieux de ca essence.
