I succumbed out of desperation as its sooooo cold in London but I think they are the ‘end’ of style, but maybe no longer!Burberry puffa coats are the answer!

J’aurais aimé être sur place pour assister à ce superbe défilé!!! Waouw, moi qui fait une petite obsession sur les noeuds, j’en ai des palpitations… un petit verre d’eau fraîche s’impose :-).
Merci pour ces belles images Garance…c’est comme si tu avais capturé l’essence de ce tévénement pour nous le livrer dans son intégralité! En tout cas, pour ce qui était des émotions à vivre. Well done.
Je ne suis jamais déçue par Burberry. Et ces jolis parapluies… Comme j’aimerais avoir l’air aussi fabuleuse par temps pluvieux! Je craque pour la petite veste grise avec de grosses poches, et la jupe rayée, ahhhhhh! Je suis aux anges, merveilleuses photos! Mes yeux te disent merci (et mon portefeuille déprime)!

Burberry just keeps getting better and better doesn’t it?! I just love how Christopher Bailey added a slight level of quirkiness to the silhouettes this season.
It’s so charming to see owls on the runway! I love how the 1920s/30s influence in this season is mixed with billowy shapes! I want that brown skirt near the end of the slideshow!
Burberry saves London fashion week … every season! Since McCartney and McQueen show in Paris, London is usually the least exciting leg of the FW for me and the models walking the runways are mostly a blah. Except Burberry. It’s chic design + cool British sensibility + retail success + high-profile models + a designer of celebrity status. Bailey rocked F/W 2012 season again!
I like the quiet opulence of this collection – makes me want to fastforward to next autumn and wear the short grey wool coat and high waisted dark grey pencil skirt; the great thing is the Burberry look is quite easy to reproduce with slightly less pricey brands.

The clothes are so beautifully captured Garance. I’m sure that separated, the pieces will look absolutely amazing mixed. But all together it’s a bit overwhelming.
Bof bof Je ne suis pas très emballée par ces grosses poches (sur poches je ne sais pas comment il faut les appeler). Ni les petits clous sur les gants.
Il y a cependant une jolie jupe et une jolie veste.
Mais j’aime vraiment les sacs comme d’hab.

C’est fou ce que cette maison mythique a réussi à se dépoussiérer ces dernières saisons, sans perdre son âme… Il y a 2 ans, c’est ma maman qui était fan et moi qui me moquais gentiment de son tartan fétiche. Je m’en mords le doigts aujourd’hui.
Fascinant, leur capacité à décliner l’élégance.

J’adore Burberry, je crois depuis quelques années que ce sont les collections que je préfère. Je me verrais tout porter!
En plus, j’avoue que je suis fan (groupie?) de l’égérie homme de ce printemps (l’acteur roux des Pilliers de la Terre) (d’ailleurs je crois qu’on le voit sur une de tes photos en front row).
Wow! My eyes were glued to the screen for 5 mins straight just looking over and over the pictures. The collection is awesome! The silhouettes and colours are great.

Ce que j’aime aussi dans ces photos ce sont les détails de ce qu’il se passe en arrière-plan… le défilé lui-même restant finalement accessoire.
j’adore :) rien à dire Burberry c’est la plus parfaite expression du chic anglais (la casquette de garçon manqué et les cheveux longs.. plein d’inspiration!!)
Oh mon dieu, les jupes à volants, les minis doudounes, les couleurs, les détails… vivement l’hiver prochain! -mais d’abord on va bien profiter du printemps :)
All of those skirts are seriously beyond amazing. I love that they carried over their bow belts too. They’re the perfect feminine accent to their prints.
I never ger a chance to wear gloves where I live because well it hasn’t gotten past 40 degrees here this year. But man I would buy those amazing gloves with the studs in hopes that I would some day get to wear them. I die when all the models came down the runway with the beautiful colors and the umbrellas.
I love the coats with the bows on the outside, and I love the skirt with ruffles up the front. And the owls. This is such a great collection. It is full of fantasy yet very wearable.

Just beautiful Garance! I loved being at this show; the bows and the owls and the tweedy, peplum waist pencil skirts? So fun and perfectly sums up the English fondness for eccentricity. And of course, that magical moment at the finale when it rained and snows gold sparkles *sigh*.
