Love it. It’s wearable and statement-making at the same time. Beautiful, flattering lines with a palette that doesn’t get out of hand. I could live in that collection for the whole season. If someone would buy it for me, obviously ;)

Garance, éclaire ma lanterne STP! Je n’ai jamais compris comment les designers arrivaient a se “coordonner” pour lancer les tendances d’une saison. Une saison, c’est “tout aux pois”, une autre, c’est retour des fleurs et des 80′s. Et ce coup-ci, ça semble être la touche orange (et quel sublime orange!) dans des collections assez sobres (chez JS, VB et autre il me semble). ça ne peut pas être une coïncidence… Je veux bien qu’on se dise qu’évidemment après les pois, les fleurs, le color block, ça allait être le retour des rayures… Mais comment ils font pour créer de collections différentes desquelles se dégage “la” tendance de la saison? Je pressens que ma question de profane peut être bien risible pour quelqu’un du monde fashion! Mais tant pois, j’ose la poser ;-)
Ou bien les véritables artistes sont-ils les créateurs de tissus?

Never been a huge fan but having said that, the line is extremely well made which counts for a lot!

Musica para mis oidos!until now I was asking myself if thr fashion industry was on its verge of decadence, showing pieces that won’t resist a summer, not even some days. I’m happy to find somebody who has combined avantgardness, modernism, nice textures, sublime silhouettes, perfect colours and practicality. Chapeau for Jil Sander! such a perfect collection, i love the clean lines, the boxy silhouettes, and the colors (that oxblood!). so amazing to see the return of a master. these photos you got are beautiful by the way, absolutely love the perspective!
I totally agree with some of the comments that the clothes look boring and ill fitting. I think Jil Sander needs to respect that Raf Simons did her label proud and she should not be so hasty to cast aside his influence ~ such as the fresh feminine touch he brought to the pure and minimalist essence of the brand.

Hmm, I used to be a big Jil Sander fan, but now I’m not so sure anymore. This looks a bit boring and ill-fitting.
