I really liked the Prabal show yesterday.
It’s simple: I immediately imagined how I would wear some of the clothes…
I love the idea of a belted parka – it gives winter a whole new attitude, very feminine.
I am also a big fan of this sweater, I imagine wearing it with a shirt underneath… And I’ve always loved pockets in my dresses.
And the harnessed night blue dress, this one is for when I get my Oscar. What ?

J’adore la parka hyper cintrée/ceinturée comme ça ! La robe est juste SUBLIME !! une merveille ! par contre, une petite réserve pour le pull … à voir comme tu le dis avec une chemise ! parce que sans, ça me paraît un peu compliqué en plein coeur de l’hiver !!

Et là, je me dis que je ne connaissais pas Prabal jusque-là… quel dommage ! Tes belles photos du défilé me donnent envie d’en découvrir plus.
J’aime beaucoup ces silhouettes cintrées, harnachées, c’est très féminin et chic. Mais est-ce que personne ne va parler des cuissardes de la troisième photo ? Elles sont juste à tomber ! D’habitude je les ai en HORREUR car je trouve que il y a des filles faites pour porter les cuissardes, et moi je n’en suis définitivement pas une, mais là cette paire, je la rêve et je me la vois très bien la porter !

En ignare modesque, je ne connaissais pas ce créateur! je suis moi aussi très attirée par ces parkas ceinturées, un peu de féminité au coeur de l’hiver, ça ne ferait pas trop de mal!
C’est vrai que ce pull ajouré kaki est particulièrement réussi. Et c’est difficile de faire quelque chose avec un gros pull ;-)

Collection magnifique et en adéquation avec la vie réelle.
Je note juste la maigreur du mannequin sur la quatrième photo, la première robe. Ce me touche.
Je n’ai jamais eu autant de connaissances anorexiques ( de 42 à 48kg pour des tailles allant de 1m65 à 75). C’est horrible à vivre en tant qu’amie et grande soeur.
C’est superbe, class et décalé à la fois. Bon probablement inabordable mais merci de me faire rêver

i LOVED the prabal gurung collection!! it was so strong with simple colors! and the military inspired boots were killer. i’d seriously kill to have my hands on one :D on a side note- it was funny that a lot of people on instagram said they looked like leg braces and i saw some funny comments such as “run forest run!”

There are wonderful details in his clothing. One outfit reminds me of an anime character (lol) and one of those tops reminds me of Southeast Asian textiles! As someone with Southeast Asian heritage, I am so delighted to see that in Western high fashion.
