I love that leather skirt and I think I actually provided the large vintage leather bag that helped inspire it. I sometimes get a chance to work with designers or stylists/magazines. Derek Lam purchased a 60s Char bag that was constructed patchwork. His interpretation is amazing- the colors the smooth modern aspects he brings to his work. I have been trying to figure out which season they were going to use it and if they would-I think I just got my answer!
